My philosophy as a personal trainer is rooted in the belief that true fitness encompasses both physical and mental well-being.

I’m Enzo Maira, a Personal Trainer dedicated to helping you develop lasting, healthy habits. It all begins with small, consistent changes that add up over time. Since starting my career in the fitness industry in 2012, I’ve committed to ongoing learning and professional growth, understanding that a true professional is always eager to expand their knowledge.

 

My journey began with the International Sport Science Association (ISSA), where I earned certifications as a Personal Trainer and Body Composition Specialist. I then deepened my expertise in performance-based fitness, obtaining two Strength and Conditioning Coach certifications from ISSA and the Barça Innovation Hub.

I take a holistic approach to fitness, focusing on both the physical and mental aspects. This includes not only muscle development but also posture, joint mobility, and overall well-being.

In a supportive and empathetic environment, I strive to understand your unique challenges and tailor my approach to meet your specific needs. My goal is to provide comprehensive support that extends beyond physical training, helping you achieve lasting results and a healthier, more balanced life.

Fitness aside...

  • A book... is always a great idea.

  • Traveling... is like reading the world.

  • Dogs... I grew up with their company. I've also studied a bit of their psychology.

  • I'm a newcomer to the world of chess; I find it an excellent way to train the brain.

  • Over the years, I've had the fortune of living in Toronto, Melbourne, and Dubai.
